Terms of Service

These standard terms apply to all domestic plumbing, heating, drainage and electrical work undertaken by FixHive.

Quotes & pricing

All written quotes are valid for 30 days. Verbal quotes are estimates only. Work outside the scope of a fixed quote will be agreed in writing before commencement.

Guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately (typically 1–12 years depending on product).

Payment

Payment is due on completion by bank transfer or card. Large installations may require a 30% deposit confirmed in writing.
